Point of Entry Legionella Water Treatment (POE)
A point of entry Legionella water treatment application is installed on the facility potable water source with the express purpose of treating all of the incoming water before it goes into the facility’s water distribution network.
CSI-POE systems include larger amperage capability (20A to 160A), and at least two or more active ionization chamber cells installed in parallel to each other that will provide instant copper silver ionization injection. Each ionization chamber cell has its own individual output ionization power drive, which is monitored by one of our powerful CSI-POE software based controllers. CSIDefender® controllers automatically adapt to the variable daily water usage flow and water conditions in real time.
The US-EPA acknowledges copper-silver ionization as one of a few acceptable water treatment technologies used for Legionella compliance, growth prevention or remediation initiatives.
